We’ve made it easy to list your services, get discovered by the right customers, and secure bookings — all while avoiding admin chaos.

Here’s how Giddee works for suppliers:

1. List Your Packages
   Create clear, pre-set packages that showcase exactly what you offer. You can include different package tiers to suit various budgets and needs.
   Tip: Include what’s included, what’s not, and any upgrade options.
2. Customers Add to Cart
   Customers use filters (date, location, category) to browse packages that are available for their event. They can add multiple packages to their cart — like balloons, food, and a photographer — all in one session.
3. Customers Checkout with a Holding Fee
   To lock in the date, customers pay a small holding fee (deducted from the final price). ou'll then receive the customer's booking request.
4. Approve Booking Requests
   You’ll review the request and approve it (as long as everything matches your availability and preferences). Suppliers are required to respond within 48 hours to confirm or decline.
5. One Invoice, One Payment
   Once all suppliers approve, the customer receives one single invoice to pay online securely. Giddee handles all payment processing and will pay you directly.

🎯 Who Is Giddee For?

Giddee is open to all types of event suppliers who can offer clearly defined, easy-to-book packages. If you’re in the business of making events unforgettable — we’d love to have you on board!

As long as you can create pre-set packages and are a registered business in Australia, you’re welcome to apply.

To keep things professional and reliable, we do verify each supplier. You’ll need:

• A registered ABN
• Any required licenses or certifications relevant to your service (if applicable)
• We may also request additional verification (like photo ID) to confirm the identity of the business owner or primary contact

This helps us maintain a trusted marketplace for both suppliers and customers.
